MLB Dodgers recruit ‘utility man’ Vizio to reinforce infield

The Los Angeles Dodgers, the eternal favorite of the Major League Baseball (MLB), strengthened the infield through a trade.

The Dodgers traded to send minor league pitcher Brayden Fisher instead of bringing Cavan Biggio, who was on the waiting list for release from the Toronto Blue Jays on the 13th (Korea Standard Time).

Vizio is a player who drew attention as a “Star Player II” trio with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bobichette when he joined Toronto in 2019.

However, unlike Guerrero Jr. and Bichette, Vizio fell short of expectations, posting a career batting average of 0.227 in six seasons.

In particular, he was on the release list when he hit only 0.200, two homers and nine RBIs in 44 games this season.

The Dodgers are leading the National League West, but the recent slump of infielders is a concern. 토토사이트 추천

With third baseman Max Muncy out due to injury, utility players Chris Taylor, Enrique Hernandez and Gavin Lux are in a slump.

The Dodgers are also expected to recruit Biggio, who can play both infield and outfield, to compete with them.
