In his new role, Archer will oversee all aspects of cooking development, menu development, and kitchen operations. Silverton Casino recently celebrated its “Renaissance” year as it completed a $40 million hotel product renovation. Upgrades are also underway for the exterior, pool deck and casino.

Archer’s culinary journey includes extensive kitchen experience focusing on solid culinary foundations, quality ingredients, and focus on detail. This includes six years as executive chef at Silverton Casino. Most recently, he served as director of culinary operations at Foxwoods Hotel Resort in Connecticut.

As director of culinary operations, Archer will work closely with award-winning room chefs at each restaurant venue to bring his own unique perspective to shape the cooking direction of Silverton Casino.
