KIM colleague Neuer remarries ’14 years her junior’…in a low-key ‘small wedding’

Manuel Neuer, 37, a former teammate of Kim Min-jae and legendary goalkeeper for Bayern Munich, has remarried to an athlete 14 years his junior.

German media outlet Bild reported on Thursday (Aug. 14) that Neuer has remarried handball player Anika Bissell, who is 14 years his junior, in a wedding ceremony last weekend.

“Neuer’s fiancée, Anika, changed her Instagram name from ‘Bissel’ to ‘Neuer,'” the media outlet reported. They exchanged wedding vows quietly and secretly last Sunday afternoon at the Tegerense City Hall registry office,” it reported.

“The couple also had a specially licensed wedding ceremony on Sunday. The small ceremony, which lasted just 20 minutes and invited only 20 guests, including family and close friends, took place on the first floor of the town hall. Afterwards, they went to the balcony of the city hall to take pictures with their families.”

Notably, Anika is currently pregnant. Last summer, the couple found out they were expecting their first child together and got engaged in September. They are expecting next spring.

This is Neuer’s second marriage. He divorced his ex-wife, Nina, in late 2019. The couple met at Madame Tussauds in Berlin in 2014 and tied the knot in May 2017 in Tyrol, Austria. Two months later, they had a second wedding in Monopoli, Italy. Three years later, their marriage ended.

Neuer then met Anika, who was 14 years younger. She plays handball for Regensburg in the German second division. She is also an apparel industry economist who studied fashion management in Nagold, Baden-Württemberg, southwest Germany, and runs a traditional German clothing label called Kinga Mate.

Anika’s family is also involved in handball. Her brother Christopher Bissell plays for HC Erlangen and her father is a member of the team’s 바카라사이트 executive board. Neuer also watches handball games whenever she can.

Neuer was sidelined for an extended period of time after a major skiing accident at the end of last year. After 10 months of rehabilitation and psychotherapy, he made his comeback on October 29 in a Bundesliga match against Darmstadt, scoring in an 8-0 shutout.
