International Game Technology PLC recently announced that it has been recognized as Top Employees in the U.S. and Canada by the Top Employees Institute, a world-renowned authority in recognizing excellence in people’s behavior. The announcement followed news that IGT Italy won the Top Employees category earlier this year. The Top Employees Institute also independently certified that IGT is the chosen employer by joining more than 2,100 organizations in more than 120 countries.

To achieve this achievement, IGT went through a rigorous application process and provided detailed responses to more than 225 questions related to the company’s people strategy, which includes commitment to sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and ethical operations.
